ApkGuide is a small team. When you message us, a real person sees it.


Why People Usually Contact Us

Most messages we get fall into one of these:

  • A guide has outdated steps or something doesn’t match what they’re seeing on their phone
  • They want to suggest an app or topic we should cover
  • They found a bug or something broken on the site
  • They have a question about something in an article that wasn’t explained clearly enough
  • Business or collaboration — sponsored content, partnerships, that kind of thing

All of these are valid reasons to reach out. None of them are too small.


How to Reach Us

That’s the main one. Send whatever you need to say there.

We try to reply within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes faster. Occasionally a day longer if things are busy. But we reply to everything — no message gets ignored.

Contact form: If there’s a contact form on the site, that works too. Fill in your name, email, and message and it comes straight to us. Same response time either way.


One Important Thing

Please don’t send us passwords, payment details, or any sensitive personal information.

We will never ask for your Roblox password, Google account details, or anything like that. If you ever get a message claiming to be from ApkGuide asking for login credentials — that’s not us.

Keep your personal data private. We don’t need it and we’ll never ask for it.


What We Can and Can’t Help With

Honest answer — we’re a content site, not a support helpdesk.

We can help with:

  • Questions about guides or articles on the site
  • Clarifying steps that weren’t clear
  • APK installation questions in general
  • Suggestions for new content
  • Reporting something wrong on the site
  • Business or collaboration inquiries

We can’t help with:

  • Recovering hacked or banned accounts — that goes directly to the app’s official support team
  • Providing APK download links — we don’t host files
  • Technical support for your specific device — we can point you in the right direction but we’re not a repair service
  • Anything involving illegal activity or modified apps

If your issue falls into the second list, we’ll still reply and point you toward the right place. We just want to be upfront about what we can actually do.

If something on the site helped you, tell us. If something was confusing or wrong, tell us that too. If you’ve got an idea for a guide we should write, we’d genuinely love to hear it.
